This week at SIAL, one of the world’s biggest food innovation trade shows, our clients had an amazing experience — and to be honest, so did we.
Why? Because helping our clients with booth setup and material delivery is always part of the plan. But saving an international exhibitor from a complete trade show meltdown? That wasn’t on the schedule — but we did it anyway.
While walking around after helping one of our regulars set up their booth, I noticed a small 3x3 booth nearby that was still completely empty. Two tall, stressed-out gentlemen were standing there, trying to open a suitcase with visible frustration. Curious, I paused.
What I saw made my printing heart ache: crumpled brochures with bent corners, promotional items rolling across the floor, and a roller banner so dented it looked like it lost a boxing match. Their exhibition dreams were falling apart — literally.
Now, I’ve been there myself. At the New York Book Fair, I once realized I’d forgotten our LED logo lightbox. In the end, I had to pay 40 bucks at the venue’s business center just to print a tiny KT board that barely made the cut. So, yes, I understood their pain.
Without hesitation, I walked up and asked what had happened. They explained their shipment had been damaged during transit. I told them who I was, what we do at Call2Print, and that we were literally helping clients set up next door. “If you have your print-ready files,” I said, “we can get you back in business tonight.”
It was 3 PM.
We checked their files right there (my laptop basically lives with me), made quick revisions, and sent the order to our production team. That night, we personally delivered new brochures, flyers, and a fresh roller banner to their hotel.
We didn’t just save their booth — we saved their weekend. After all, a trade show isn’t just about showing up — it’s about showing up ready.
At Call2Print, we specialize in:
- Emergency printing for trade shows and exhibitions
- Booth setup and material delivery across Shanghai
- Helping international exhibitors avoid last-minute disasters
- Printing flyers, brochures, banners, roll-ups, and more

Sure, the internet is packed with options. But when you're standing in a half-empty booth with a suitcase full of disaster, what you really need is a partner who’s actually there — with solutions, speed, and a smile.
That’s us. That’s Call2Print.
We hope you’ll contact us before your trip, so we won’t have to save the day at the last minute. (But hey — if we have to, we will. Just don’t forget your Google Drive's password.)
