You Don't Fill Out a Form
When you need urgent printing, the last thing you want is to navigate a website form, wait for an automated confirmation email, and then wait again for a human to respond. We don't do that.
You send a WhatsApp message. A real person reads it. A real person responds — usually within the hour, often within minutes.
What That Message Looks Like
"Hi, I'm in Shanghai for a trade show. I need 300 flyers by tomorrow morning. Can you do it?"
That's enough. We'll ask what we need to know: file status, exact size, quantity, delivery address. The whole intake conversation takes about 5–10 minutes. Then we move.
We Work in English
This sounds basic, but for international visitors it matters. Our team communicates in English. You don't need to use translation apps or guess whether your instructions were understood. We confirm everything back to you in writing before we start.
We're Honest About What's Possible
If a job can't be done in the time you need, we'll tell you. We don't take on jobs we can't complete on time and deliver them late. If we say it'll be ready at 8am, it'll be ready at 8am.
We Deliver to Where You Are
Your hotel. The exhibition hall. Your Airbnb in Jing'an. Wherever you are in Shanghai, we'll get it to you. We know the city.
The reason clients come back to us — and they do, show after show, year after year — is not because we're the cheapest or the fanciest. It's because we actually do what we say, when we say it.
