Your journey starts with a quote request. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your project details and discuss:

• The best size and format for your board book

• Your estimated production quantity

• Any special features or finishes you are considering

Based on this information, we’ll provide a detailed price estimate & share technical file specifications to help ensure your artwork is ready for production.

Please note: we will 100% collect in advance if the total amount less than 5,000USD or 50% collection if the total amount more than 5000USD. The balance payment will be paid before the shipping.

After you confirm the estimate and decide to move forward, you’ll submit your print-ready files and our pre-press team will:

• Prepare color-calibrated digital proofs for your review
• Check all files to ensure images, colors, and text are correctly formatted
• Provide flat proofs (digital or physical) for final approval

In the same time, we will send you an invoice for the sample fee or advance payment for the whole project.

If you prefer, we can also produce a hard-copy sample, which normally requires an additional 3–4 working days. Once the proofs or samples are approved, we can air-express the physical sample to you, or share detailed photos and videos before moving into full production.

With approved proofs in hand, we begin printing your board book pages on high-quality offset presses. All board materials, laminations, and coatings are prepared according to your confirmed specifications.

Throughout production, our team carefully monitors color consistency and material performance. We will also keep you updated with photos and videos so you can follow your project’s progress in real time.

After printing, your books go through multiple finishing stages, including lamination, cutting and shaping, mounting pages onto board, rounding corners for child safety, and final trimming.

Each step is carefully controlled to ensure durability, clean edges, and a professional appearance.

Before packing, we conduct an additional final inspection to make sure every book meets our quality standards.

Approved books are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Once production is complete, we will send you the balance payment request if you have one. And in the same time, we will coordinate international logistics to deliver your books smoothly and reliably. We handle export paperwork, carrier arrangements, and shipment tracking, so you can focus on your launch rather than logistics.
