What Happens When Your Prints Don't Arrive — and the Show Starts in 12 Hours

A Real Scenario We Handle More Often Than You'd Think

We're going to walk you through a scenario that is more common than most exhibitors like to admit.

It's the evening before a major trade show in Shanghai. You've been checking the tracking number for your shipment all day. It was supposed to clear customs yesterday. It didn't. The status hasn't changed in 18 hours. Customer service at the freight company isn't answering.

You have a 9am setup window. Your booth is booked. Your team is flying in tomorrow morning. And you have no printed materials.

This is the moment we exist for.

What Happens When You Message Us at 8pm

  • First, we ask for your file list and quantities. We want to understand the full scope before we commit to anything.
  • Second, we look at what's actually achievable overnight given our current production load. We'll tell you exactly what we can and can't do by what time.
  • Third, if you want to proceed, we ask for files and a deposit. We start immediately.

What's Realistic in 12 Hours

If your files are ready and quantities are moderate: Flyers, brochures, business cards — almost always doable. Roll-up banners — usually doable, 1–3 units. Large format wall graphics — possible for smaller sizes, tight for larger. Full catalog reprints — depends on page count and binding.

What we can't do overnight is a job that's simply too large for our capacity. We'll always tell you the truth about this. It doesn't help anyone if we promise something we can't deliver.

The Morning After

We can deliver directly to the exhibition hall, your hotel, or arrange a pickup. We've delivered to booths at NECC and SNIEC before setup opens. We know how these venues work.

If you're in this situation right now — stop reading and message us. The sooner we know what you need, the more we can help.
