At the 2025 Asia Logistics Expo in Shanghai, while helping one of our long-time clients set up their booth, I took a walk around the halls to see who else was exhibiting this year. I always keep an eye out for international companies, since they make up most of our clientele — and, let’s be honest, jet lag and customs delays are no friends of smooth booth setups.
Then I saw it: a 3x3 meter booth with nothing but two worried-looking Europeans on their phones. No visuals, no flyers, no banners. Just an open crate that was supposed to contain their promotional materials… which, unfortunately, were still “in transit” somewhere between Europe and China.
We’ve all been there. Logistics irony, right?
I introduced myself, and after a few minutes of talking, they asked:
“Can you really reprint everything we need by tomorrow morning?”
My answer?
“We’ve done it overnight. We can do it again.”
We checked their files on the spot (my laptop is my sidekick), helped them format a few things properly, and sent everything to our production team right away. By 10 PM, we delivered:

All waiting for them at their hotel lobby — ready for day two of the expo.
