Hour 1: You Send, We Check
The moment your files arrive, our team reviews them. We're checking resolution, bleed, color mode, and whether the file is actually print-ready. If something's off, we flag it immediately and tell you what needs fixing — or fix it ourselves if it's minor.
This step is where most print jobs go wrong elsewhere. A shop accepts your file, prints it, and you only find out about the problem when the job is done wrong. We catch it first.
Hour 2: Production Starts
Once the file is confirmed, it goes to the machine. For digital printing — which covers most urgent jobs — there's no plate setup, no lengthy press preparation. Files go straight to print.
We run Konica Minolta and Canon digital presses that produce sharp, color-accurate output at speed. For a run of 500 A4 flyers, that's maybe 20 minutes of actual print time.
Hour 3: Finishing
Most printed materials need more than just printing. Cutting to size. Folding for brochures. Laminating if requested. Binding if it's a booklet.
Our finishing team works in-house, which is why we can turn jobs around fast. Nothing goes out for finishing to a third party.
Hour 4: Delivery
We use couriers who know Shanghai. If you're at a hotel near NECC, SNIEC, or anywhere in the city center, we can usually get prints to you within an hour of them leaving our facility.
The 4-hour timeline applies to standard jobs: flyers, business cards, single-page handouts, simple brochures. More complex jobs — thick catalogs, specialty finishes — take longer and we'll always tell you upfront.
